Sometimes you have weeks where the ‘ol bag of tricks just isn’t working. Meditating everyday. Exercising. Healthy eating. Beth had one of those weeks where even though she was doing all of her “tricks” to combat anxiety and stress, she wasn’t able to sleep. At all.

This is not a fun problem to have. But instead of fighting this fact, she decides to see what would happen when she accepts, nourishes, and embraces the problem - and she learns quite a bit in the process.
